  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third shallow bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it in the panko breadcrumbs. Place each piece of chicken on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
