- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
