Ingredients:
- 2
large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1
teaspoon garlic powder
- 1
teaspoon onion powder
- 1
teaspoon dried thyme
- 1
teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1
teaspoon salt
- 1/2
teaspoon black pepper
- 1
tablespoon olive oil
- 1
cup chicken broth
Instructions:
- In
a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme,
smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Season
both sides of the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
- Turn

- Once

- Close

- Select

timer for 8 minutes.
- Once
the cooking time is complete, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release
pressure for 5-10 minutes.
- Carefully
open the Instant Pot lid and use a meat thermometer to check the internal
temperature of the chicken. It should read 165°F.
- Remove
the chicken breasts from the Instant Pot and let them rest for 5 minutes
before slicing and serving.
